Over the years, I have coached more than hundreds of people with remote coaching solutions toward their goals. Whether it’s body modification, weight loss, mental coaching, honing techniques, or increasing performance, all of this is also done conveniently over the web and provides a flexible way to act on schedules. I want to help you find the best exercise and eating habits and lifestyles for your life.
I always design my coaching programs individually based on a holistic view - with careful consideration of your goals and wishes. The programs are flexible and are always designed to suit your lifestyle and rhythm.
Programs received through online coaching include continuous program development and modification, for which I use various online coaching program platforms through which active communication and changes brought about by the life situation can be taken into account quickly and efficiently. During the coaching cooperation, the results and development are regularly monitored on a weekly basis and the necessary changes are analyzed and made to ensure effectiveness.
Thus, remote coaching uses an online coaching platform, as well as Skype / Zoom / Whatsapp applications to ensure communication. Remote coaching can also be accompanied with face-to-face meetings as needed. I do training gigs all over Finland, so if possible, these trips can also be conveniently combined with face-to-face meetings without great additional costs.

The tests include e.g. Neuro- & BodyType testing, which profiles what kind of training protocols, nutrition strategies, and priorities are beneficial to achieve your goals.
